December brings 2 meetings of Launceston RC, A normal race meet on a different week, and our Christmas BBQ.

Racing 6th of December

Yes, racing in December will be the FIRST Friday of the month. There are a couple of reasons, one is the proximity to the Christmas BBQ if we go on our normal date of the 13th, secondly, the Latrobe cup is the day after, so not only can you get some laps in the day before and have a big weekend of racing, but we hope some of the Hobart racers might drop in on the way to Latrobe.

Latrobe Cup 7th and 8th of December

NWRCCC is holding the Latrobe Cup on the 7th and 8th of December bringing drivers together from around the state.  So if you can, get down for a race, or to watch the action.  Details at http://nwrccc.com/wordpress/?page_id=364

Launceston RC Christmas BBQ, 14 December

The Launceston RC Christmas BBQ will be on the 14th of December.  The track will be open for practice, and we will be having a BBQ so bring your own meat.   We will (I think) be having some novelty, races, competitive races, junior races, and a manually timed rally stage outside.  More details will be here soon, so keep an eye open!
