It’s Launceston Cup Week

In just five days time, Rutherglen Raceway will echo to the sounds of 98 cars competing in the 2012 Tiger Models Launceston Cup.  Yes, that’s right, we now have an entry list standing at 98.

we’ll be finalising all the race details and uploading heat-sheets over the next couple of days, together with any last minute information.

One quick question…if you’re entered for Touring Cars and would be willing to switch your entry to a different class, please let Scott know. With 11 entries in that class we’ll likely have to run two groups – adding time to an already full day.  Sorry to ask, but we’re tight for time. If we need to make it work, we will.

On that note, if you’ve entered but now can’t make it, please leave a comment here, or email Scott. Similarly if you believe you’ve entered, but don’t see your name on the entry list (over on the event page) please let us know ASAP.

Keep an eye on the Launceston Examiner this week.  A few of the guys are meeting a journo for story and photos this morning…

It’s going to be a fantastic event!
