Racing this week – new track, non points!

There’s a new race track to play with at Rutherglen, incorporating a whole new layout, new off-road obstacles, and improved on-road layout.

In order to give everybody the chance to find their feet on the track, and the track crew the opportunity to fine tune the layout and jumps, we’re going to run this week as a non-points week.  That means the Spring 2011 series will be shorted to five events, with best four results to count. It will include two events in October, two in November and the first race meeting in December.

So come on out, ready to play on a whole new race track.  And remember the School of R/C session on racing lines and finding your way around the race track. Make a map, do a track walk, think your way around!

See you Thursday.
