If you’re inspired by a weekend of full-on motorsports on the telly, come race with us next Thursday night (14th Oct) at Launceston R/C’s indoor R/C raceway at Rutherglen Holiday Resort (Hadspen, Tas).
We’re unveiling our new race layout (hit the photo above to see a bigger version….sorry about the photo quality, it’s a montage of mobile phone shots) and expecting to see some serious action. Main attraction is the all new “shockpopper” jump combination for the off-road guys, and a full technical layout.
Doors will be open by 6, with racing from 7pm this Thursday night.

Awsome track fellars My VE SS Commodore will be out with the Slash & got the night off work so i’ll be out all night also i’ll be bringing out the Summit for a run run too! L8r and can’t wait to test this new layout! James
It’s awesome to see how far we have come in 12 months guys! Just have a look at those earlier photos of what was there… Without a doubt the most rapidly growing club around i know! Can’t wait to see how much further we can come in another 12 months… For me i will be back in my Short Course roots, retiring the RC8e for a much needed rebuild for the State Titles at NWRCCC in December. Bring on next Thursday! And remember those racing lines! Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast!

Not this time sorry. The electrics are in a new car which has to be photographed for the magazine before I run it. I will be running the blitz as usual.
Well I think I’m all sorted for tonight, apart from a few last minute adjustments. Looking forward to it!!
I must remember to bring the camera to take a few shots tonight as well. I’ve got a new flash so I should be able to get some better pics.
