Practice Session – Confirmed Thurs 30th Sept

Hi Folks,

The planned practice session for Saturday afternoon will now take place this Thursday evening.

When: Thursday 30th Sept
Time: 6.00 to 9.00pm
Who:  All welcome
Cost: $5 per head (covers building rent)

We might organise the evening to run class-based practice sessions so that we don’t have too much difficulty with cars of different classes sharing the track.  If we do it will probably be a 5 minute rotation through each of our normal classes (depending on who is there and how many of each class).  There won’t be lap counting or timing.

We’ll be incorporating a “school of R/C” session at around 6.30 or so. Bring paper and pen.  I will be there, and not practicing, so happy to help with advice on car setup or driving if you would like any assistance.

Once again, my apologies for the confusion over the date and time of this session.  I hope you can join us for some practice and tuning.

Cheers
Scott

Hi Guys, i trust the practice session was good! Was wondering what lipo’s you guys recommend for short course class? I know that they should be ROAR approved and 7.4volts hardcase etc….. but which brands do most of you use? I know there are lots of cheapies out there, but just wondering whats the thoughts of you guys before i go and buy some
